Today, almost every company can access data, reports, dashboards and AI tools. But real value is created only when someone uses that data to change a process, an offer, communication, or to take responsibility for a decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We then open the topic of choosing between the easier and the harder path. In business, we often choose shortcuts that seem simpler, safer and cheaper at the beginning. But these are exactly the kinds of decisions that can later limit growth, data, user experience and development potential.
